Senior DSP/Radar Signal Processing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Select, configure, and run SDR platforms such as USRP/UHD
• Build and validate GNU Radio flows
• Acquire, record, and analyze I/Q data
• Perform FFT, spectral analysis, FIR/IIR filtering, and decimation/interpolation
• Implement radar processing including matched filtering, pulse compression, Doppler processing, and CFAR
• Define the AI-core input contract and provide reference DSP functions
• Collaborate with backend engineers on buffers, timing, and latency

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SDR and I/Q streams
• Proficiency with USRP/UHD (device configuration, sample rate, gain, clock, channels)
• Experience building, testing, and debugging GNU Radio signal flows
• Proficiency with Ettus/NI USRP B210 and X410 SDRs
• Strong DSP fundamentals (FFT, spectral analysis, FIR/IIR, DDC/DUC)
• Expertise in radar processing (matched filtering, Doppler, range-Doppler maps)
• Proficiency in Python scientific stack (NumPy, SciPy, matplotlib/Plotly)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with active/passive radar and clutter/interference analysis
• Knowledge of small/low-observable target detection and micro-Doppler
• Experience with CFAR variants (CA-CFAR, OS-CFAR)
• MATLAB or Octave modeling skills
• Experience with GPU acceleration (CuPy, Numba, PyTorch)
• Integration experience with backend, embedded, RF-hardware, or ML teams
