Senior DSP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DSP algorithms across multiple chip architectures including ARM, VLIW, and SIMD/vector DSPs
• Develop and optimize performance-critical kernels using chip-specific intrinsics and low-level optimization techniques
• Build complete DSP processing pipelines in multi-processor and multi-core environments for real-time embedded systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing DSP algorithms in production systems
• Experience optimizing DSP software on VLIW and SIMD/vector processors
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Python for algorithm development and prototyping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific DSP platforms like Xtensa, Hexagon, or CEVA
• Familiarity with RTOS environments and real-time scheduling
• Understanding of SoC-level integration including DMA engines and memory hierarchy
