Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop, and optimize dry etch processes to improve product quality, yield, and productivity
• Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve production issues
• Use project management skills to meet milestones related to yield, defectivity, and cost reduction
• Drive continuous improvements across all owned Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts
• Manage risks and resolve manufacturing line problems to ensure high-quality semiconductor component production

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner within Dry Etch
• BS or Masters in an Engineering field (or equivalent military experience/AAS with 5+ years of industry experience)
• Experience in DRAM development and manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
