Senior Dry Etch Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify cutting-edge dry etch equipment in a new cleanroom environment
• Manage equipment performance through data analysis, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Utilize project management skills to close hardware gaps and address equipment deficiencies
• Establish and maintain productive vendor relations to drive best-in-class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience as an Equipment Owner with Dry Etch equipment
• BS or Masters in an Engineering field, or equivalent military experience
• AAS degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
