Senior Driver Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a specialized team focused on lifecycle management, anti-fraud, service quality, and safety.
• Establish global standards for critical lifecycle events and supply policies to ensure compliance and operational agility.
• Identify and bridge gaps between Standard Operating Procedures and on-ground execution to optimize market performance.
• Partner with functional and local stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with regional representatives to plan, execute, and enforce initiatives that address local market opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Trust & Safety, or Platform Governance within a high-growth marketplace (e.g., Logistics, Food Delivery, or Ride-hailing).
• 2+ years of experience in output-driven management.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and driving complex, cross-functional projects.
• High proficiency in English with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable regional plans.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a deep curiosity to uncover root causes.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of championing new processes from conception to completion.
