Senior Driver Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead driver acquisition and onboarding efforts to maintain a healthy and efficient supply of driver partners.
• Drive community engagement, training, and communication initiatives to build trust and loyalty within the driver network.
• Identify, build, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to support driver activity and prevent operational issues.
• Manage and develop a team of driver operations managers and associates, tracking their efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and deploy corrective or improvement actions to optimize the driver population.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects to improve local operations and supply management.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of operational or leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing a team with at least 3 direct reports.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work onsite at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience leading multiple functions or verticals.
• Experience working closely with regional or headquarters-level teams.
• Data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
