Senior DRAM Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, verification, and optimization of Memory, Logic, and Analog circuits
• Perform parasitic modeling and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions
• Lead the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability
• Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality

Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant semiconductor design and development experience
• Proven ability in modeling and simulation of integrated circuits using SPICE and Verilog
• Working knowledge of Synopsys and Cadence Virtuoso

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the design and development of volatile or nonvolatile memory technology
• Working knowledge of advanced memory technology, including ferroelectric memory, wafer bonding, advanced packaging, small signal sensing, and high voltage reliability
• 5+ years of demonstrated ability in mixed design and product engineering
• 3+ years of proven experience in parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions
