Senior Document Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high-impact marketing collaterals including presentations, infographics, proposals, newsletters, and banners
• Deliver creative solutions using MS-based applications that align with EY brand standards and business objectives
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand design briefs and provide innovative design concepts
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting strict turnaround times and quality expectations
• Mentor junior team members on best practices for applying creativity within a production environment
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and advocate for visual innovation within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or College diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in document design or visual communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate or basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics
• Experience with Interactive PDF creation
• Previous experience in team management or art direction
• Experience working with global clients in a fast-paced environment
