Senior Document Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures
• Assess job requests and identify correct processes for document production
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, or transcribe documents to client satisfaction
• Assist with coordination of document production services, intake, and workflow
• Troubleshoot complex software or hardware problems
• Perform Quality Assurance on the work of others
• Train junior staff members
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information
• Interact with clients in person, via phone, or electronically

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong keyboarding and typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher level education
• Experience in document production or word processing
• Knowledge of legal timekeeping or job tracking systems
