Senior Document Controller

Responsibilities

• Govern document control and Common Data Environment (CDE) management using tools like Oracle Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360, or SharePoint
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to streamline documentation workflows
• Maintain document registers, status reports, and dashboards to ensure all deliverables are version-controlled and audit-ready
• Support internal and external audits by compiling turnover dossiers and as-built packages
• Enforce ISO-aligned documentation controls (ISO 9001/19650) and develop KPIs to improve traceability and workflows

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of document control experience, ideally within engineering or design consultancy projects
• Proven proficiency with CDE/DMS platforms such as Oracle Aconex, Autodesk BIM 360 (ACC), or MS SharePoint
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 19650 standards
• Experience in Vertical Transportation (elevators/escalators) or related MEP disciplines is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
