Senior District Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for the designated Anhui region
• Supervise and coach medical representatives to ensure high-quality product promotion and academic dissemination
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to implement brand strategies within the region
• Plan and conduct field visits with medical representatives to provide coaching and feedback
• Participate in the selection, recruitment, and training of medical representatives
• Evaluate team performance and assist in developing individual growth plans and talent pipelines
• Drive and promote a culture of high compliance and adherence to industry regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 1+ year of management experience with a proven track record of performance
• Strong skills in business planning and team management
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• High level of compliance awareness and professional integrity
