Responsibilities
- Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers
- Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners
- Influence go-to-market strategy for venture-backed and high-growth startups
- Develop a team culture around Snowflake Core Values
- Coach reps on creating urgency and maintaining deal control
- Drive, enable, coach, and motivate a robust inside sales team
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software
- 2+ years managing a team of sales teams
- Experience selling to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science
- Proven ability to outperform targets as an individual contributor in an outbound role
- Experience guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations
- Ability to coach teams on targeting ideal customer profiles within complex sales cycles
- Ability to work with sales engineering managers to define migration plans and build business cases
