Responsibilities

  • Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers
  • Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams and technical partners
  • Influence go-to-market strategy for venture-backed and high-growth startups
  • Develop a team culture around Snowflake Core Values
  • Coach reps on creating urgency and maintaining deal control
  • Drive, enable, coach, and motivate a robust inside sales team

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software
  • 2+ years managing a team of sales teams
  • Experience selling to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Proven ability to outperform targets as an individual contributor in an outbound role
  • Experience guiding Account Executives through complex legal and commercial negotiations
  • Ability to coach teams on targeting ideal customer profiles within complex sales cycles
  • Ability to work with sales engineering managers to define migration plans and build business cases
