Senior Distribution Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of hourly associates in executing daily and weekly data tasks.
• Provide support to operational teams to maximize inventory accuracy, throughput, and labor management.
• Generate actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Maintain and improve tools and processes related to labor standards, slotting, and inventory profiling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain teams to implement process improvements.
• Work with the Supply Chain team on SKU rationalization to enable operational efficiency.
• Identify improvement areas, determine metrics, and develop processes for successful project transitions.
• Assist in the development and presentation of strategic and tactical capacity plans to DC leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a distribution or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, lookups).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience operating in an ERP environment (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP EWM.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff.
• Supply Chain and Six Sigma expertise (e.g., APICS, Lean Six Sigma, PMP).
