Senior Distribution Centre Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational excellence within the Distribution Centre environment
• Facilitate the intake of incoming shipments to the Distribution Network
• Manage direct and indirect activities involved in fulfilling outbound shipments
• Oversee the movement of inventory within the network to ensure seamless product flow
• Maintain workplace safety, health, and violence protection measures
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day functions in support of corporate objectives
• Support team members in their professional growth and career development

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a Distribution Centre environment
• Knowledge of apparel or retail operations
• Experience working with distribution automation systems
• Strong ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to quality and delivering results that add value to the business
• Ability to apply leadership principles and core company values
