Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicles and driving personnel in daily rail operations
• Make operational decisions during disruptions, delays, and special situations
• Document incidents and communicate with management and operational levels
• Provide active passenger information and organize replacement transport during deviations
• Ensure quality and safety in operational processes
• Mentor and support new colleagues during their onboarding process
• Work within a regulated 24/7 shift schedule

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, rail operations, or traffic control
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and PC usage
• Strong decision-making skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of working hours legislation (Arbeitszeitgesetz)
