Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Merchant Product Managers
• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Food Merchant segment
• Bring new products to life by analyzing requirements, calculating ROI, and establishing timelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, UX, and Business teams
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to drive continuous service improvements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and monetization
• Experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Data-driven decision making and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science
• Analytical degree in Economics, Statistics, or related fields
