Senior Director/Executive Director, DMPK

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all DMPK strategy and execution across discovery programs
• Design and oversee non-clinical ADME/PK studies and PK/PD modeling
• Partner with medicinal chemistry, biology, toxicology, and clinical teams to interpret data
• Build and manage a network of CRO partners and academic collaborators
• Lead preparation and review of DMPK sections for regulatory submissions (INDs, NDAs)
• Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and FDA regulations
• Contribute scientific expertise to business development and due diligence

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline, or PharmD
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• 3+ years of leadership experience in DMPK
• Proven experience in DMPK studies supporting small molecule oncology programs
• Experience with regulatory submissions
• Expertise in ICH guidelines and FDA regulations
