Senior Director/Director | Valuation & Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor valuation assignments, project feasibility studies, and consulting works
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all valuation assignments
• Develop Colliers Valuation Services presence and generate fee opportunities
• Focus on business development and identify new business opportunities
• Foster existing client relationships and cultivate new business
• Manage and grow the subordinate team
• Travel within Mainland China and the Asia-Pacific Region as required
• Control client relations and contact throughout the life of an assignment
• Contribute to the development of operating procedures and practices
• Promote other Colliers service areas

Requirements

• Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division)
• Over 10 years of post-qualified experience
• Strong existing relationships with Hong Kong and China developers
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin
• Meticulous approach to report preparation and checking
• Willingness to participate in training for subordinates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
