Senior Director Work, Rewards & Careers

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and discovery discussions to generate new business opportunities within the Multinational Cluster.
• Serve as the primary consultant leading complex projects to deliver client objectives in reward strategy and organizational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Heads of Reward and Talent.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and associate engagement.
• Mentor and coach consultants and analysts to foster a culture of high performance and excellence.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and enhance WTW's external visibility through thought leadership and conference participation.
• Integrate emerging technologies, such as AI and data analytics, into consulting delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of design-oriented experience in consulting or a consultative corporate environment.
• Deep expertise in Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC) disciplines.
• Proven track record and strong understanding of reward programs within the Benelux, Nordics, or Switzerland markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present effective solutions.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional local languages is an asset.
• High affinity for digital tools and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong project management capabilities.
