Responsibilities

• Lead client projects involving total rewards philosophy, job architecture, and compensation structures
• Drive business development by contributing to proposal design, budgeting, and contracting
• Support consultants with data collection, problem structuring, and insight development
• Manage client relationships and project lifecycles, ensuring quality execution and deadline adherence
• Provide expert advisory on complex topics including job evaluation and the EU pay transparency directive

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in broad-based rewards within a consulting or corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation and the EU pay transparency directive
• Proven project management expertise with the ability to deliver high-quality results under budget and on time
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
• Excellent communication and pitching skills to influence stakeholders and present ideas effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
