About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial oversight for US sales-related processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and federal anti-kickback statutes.
  • Lead US Gross to Net (GTN) processes, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and sales deduction true-ups.
  • Establish and support the US GTN infrastructure and operational finance processes in collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Manage Government Pricing reporting and apply expert knowledge of discounts, rebates, and payer impacts on net cost recovery.
  • Lead US GTN reserve analysis and forecasting to mitigate risk and ensure accurate revenue recognition across commercial and government channels.
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to provide strategic insights to US leadership regarding pricing and product launches.
  • Manage outsourcing partners, including external GTN providers and 3PL/5PL providers.
  • Drive the transformation of the US Finance organization from a research-centered to a commercial-centered model.
  • Build and lead an internal finance team to support growing organizational activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in US pharmaceutical finance, specifically in Gross to Net, Accounts Receivable, or Government Pricing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • Deep expertise in US pharmaceutical pricing, including knowledge of distribution, GPOs, 340B, and patient support programs.
  • Proven experience with SOX compliance and public accounting environments.
  • Experience leading or participating in ERP transformation projects.
  • Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, MA or Berkeley Heights, NJ.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and establish new processes in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within the oncology therapeutic area.
  • Experience managing external third-party service providers and outsourcing strategies.
