Responsibilities
- Lead innovation project process development for upstream and cross-functional coordination
- Lead Pre-Tox and phase I materials manufacturing
- Communicate with external vendors for outsourcing projects
- Coordinate with the GTD team on all innovation projects
- Collaborate with all relevant teams to drive projects forward and meet company goals
Requirements
- Master's degree with >15 years of experience or Ph.D. with >10 years of experience in Biologics development
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Solid hands-on experience in upstream (preferred) or downstream processes
- Familiarity with US and China IND submission regulations for process development and manufacturing
- Proven leadership and management capabilities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
