Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaison Team Lead, Hematology & Nephrology

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing national Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) team.
• Drive KOL insight generation, advocacy development, and commercial speaker management.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access leadership to execute the US Hematology & Nephrology commercial plan.
• Oversee the development of peer-to-peer education and speaker programming strategies.
• Lead TLL strategy at national congresses and facilitate commercial advisory boards.
• Manage TLL resource allocation, project budgets, and national business planning.
• Collaborate with Medical and MSL leadership to ensure compliant engagement with top KOLs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in the biotech industry, including significant US market experience.
• Proven leadership experience in TLL, field sales, or product marketing.
• Deep clinical, technical, and scientific knowledge of complex disease states.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional partnership.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including overnight and weekend travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree (MSc, PhD, or MBA).
• Established relationships within the clinical/KOL community in Hematology, Hematology/Oncology, Cardiology, or Nephrology.
