Senior Director, Technical Program Management - AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of next-generation Generative AI platforms and tools to power intelligent customer experiences and scalable data products
• Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers to support the company's AI and Machine Learning strategy
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle for highly scalable platforms and services
• Drive technology-focused discussions with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions
• Pave the way for the expanding TPM discipline by teaching the organization best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, and data science teams to simplify complex technical concepts and drive execution

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in technical program management
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with distributed computing and high-scale data platforms
• Experience with cloud computing and AWS architecture
• Proven experience with Agile delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services
• 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex programs with cross-functional ownership
• Experience building systems and solutions within highly regulated environments
• Advanced degree in a related technical field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Demonstrated AI/ML industry impact through publications, patents, or open source contributions
