Senior Director, TCG Collectibility

Responsibilities

• Lead key collectibles initiatives across the TCG ecosystem, spanning physical cards, digital experiences, retail, and live events
• Develop the collectibility framework including rarity architecture, chase mechanics, serialization, and premium tiers
• Contribute to long-range planning and forecasting, partnering with finance on the P&L
• Lead and grow cross-functional teams across product, commercial, and community as the studio scales
• Align with partners across Studios, Commercial, Creative, Retail, Product, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution

Requirements

• 10–15 years in trading card games, trading cards, collectibles, gaming, or adjacent entertainment
• Experience leading meaningful product or commercial initiatives end to end
• Strong fluency in collector and player psychology, rarity economics, and secondary-market behavior
• Ability to thrive in high-growth environments with a builder's temperament
• Sharp commercial and analytical instincts
• Systems thinking approach to building repeatable capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on participation in the hobby with a feel for value and fandom
• Background in hybrid physical and digital collectible ecosystems
• Familiarity with licensing, IP partnerships, or entertainment ecosystems
• Experience in high-growth consumer, sports, or digital commerce environments
• Passion for trading card games, collectibles, sports, and fan culture
