Senior Director – Tax Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external resources to prepare interim and annual income tax provisions and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ASC 740
• Manage the preparation of U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Review inter-company transactions and manage global transfer pricing documentation
• Assist in the management of income tax audits and responses to tax notices or IDRs
• Support company initiatives including transfer pricing strategy, M&A transactions, and legal entity rationalizations
• Drive tax process optimization through the use of technology and AI to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience with corporate income taxes, compliance, and tax accounting
• Experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with Oracle and Business Objects

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Advanced degree such as MS or LLM
• Knowledge of Alteryx or other data analytics tools
