Responsibilities

• Provide primary leadership and strategic direction for the New York City Market Talent Solutions team
• Manage and grow relationships with C-Suite executives and HR heads at leading firms
• Lead the design and execution of complex contracts and fee-for-service models
• Act as the lead collaborator between Instruction, Admissions, and Professional Development
• Own the NY Salesforce (CRM) dashboard and use data to forecast placement outcomes
• Ensure the region hits an 80% placement rate within 4 months of graduation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in staffing, business development, or corporate recruitment
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• Proven ability to build and manage complex operational systems
• Track record of influencing C-Suite stakeholders and navigating large corporate procurement
• Deep familiarity with the NY tech landscape and IT ecosystems (Cyber, Data, Software Engineering, AI, Cloud)

• Existing rolodex of employer partner relationships
• Experience in workforce development or tech-staffing space
