About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Teva’s enterprise talent management and succession planning strategy to align with long-term business priorities.
  • Establish enterprise frameworks and decision criteria for succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership readiness.
  • Lead executive hiring strategies for senior and critical roles, managing multiple executive searches simultaneously.
  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence to design and govern the performance management process.
  • Drive the talent management insights agenda by defining key measures and creating dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Talent Officer and CHRO, providing guidance on enterprise talent and succession.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise talent management, succession planning, and executive hiring within complex, global organizations.
  • Proven ability to design and govern enterprise talent frameworks and influence senior leadership on strategic decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy directly to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, judgment, and executive presence.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using people data to translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors or a comparable HRIS/talent suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Visier people analytics platform.
  • Demonstrated experience defining KPIs and building dashboards or scorecards for senior stakeholders.
