Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives and workforce plans
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into recruiting strategies
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
• Build proactive pipelines for leadership, commercial, scientific, clinical, and technical roles
• Use recruiting analytics and KPIs to monitor pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire
• Partner with HR and business leaders on employer branding and talent market insights
• Lead and coach the talent acquisition team to foster a high-performance environment
• Remain hands-on in leading searches for critical and senior-level roles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, life sciences, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• 2+ years of experience leading a TA function within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience supporting a commercial environment is required
• Proven track record of coaching and developing recruiting professionals
• Strong ability to collaborate with executive leadership and drive alignment
• Experience developing recruitment processes, analytics, and platforms
