About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, delivery, and team capability
- Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to align workforce plans and headcount priorities
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Workday Recruiting
- Define and evolve an AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting strategy using automation and talent intelligence
- Drive recruiting effectiveness through process standardization and ATS optimization
- Establish and track key metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Coach and develop recruiters and TA leaders in data literacy and AI fluency
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading talent acquisition functions
- Demonstrated experience leading the implementation or transformation of recruiting technology (Workday Recruiting preferred)
- Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI solutions in the recruiting lifecycle
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive continuous improvement
- Proven experience in change management and process redesign
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with Workday Recruiting, including reporting and workflow optimization
