Responsibilities

• Lead complex and strategically significant client engagements across multiple workstreams and geographies
• Build and steward relationships with high-level executive clients to unlock long-term partnership value
• Mentor and develop senior strategy talent to help them reach their full potential
• Drive new business through market relationships, major pitches, and identifying strategic opportunities
• Represent Interbrand externally through speaking, writing, and industry events
• Shape the strategic direction of the office or region by setting priorities and building capabilities
• Contribute to global thought leadership and evolving brand methodologies

Requirements

• Proven experience leading client portfolios and overseeing large teams
• Previous experience in a Head of or regional leadership role
• Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to diagnose and reframe complex business challenges
• High-level communication skills with the ability to present with authority and charisma
• Strong collaborative skills to build trust across the organization and with clients
• Ability to take full accountability for client satisfaction, team growth, and business profitability
• Insatiable curiosity about brands, culture, and emerging market shifts
