Senior Director, Strategy Consulting

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic marketing guidance and omni-channel solutions to mid- to C-Level executives to drive business growth and ROI.
• Identify opportunities and offer data-driven strategic solutions focused on improving client business objectives and customer behaviors.
• Develop and manage strategy and analytic roadmaps to mature client digital maturity across marketing and advertising technology.
• Drive client presentations and deliverables in collaboration with account, analytics, creative, and operations teams.
• Develop and evolve client loyalty programs from inception through optimization.
• Support new business development by bringing strategy to life within proposals and pitches for new and existing clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years of CRM experience in industry or management consulting, leading engagements on growth and customer experience.
• Proven experience in consulting, agency strategy, or a client leadership role.
• Solid understanding of experience design tools, including journey mapping, service design blueprints, and strategic roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to think strategically and respond tactically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple verticals, specifically retail, travel & hospitality, telco, or financial services.
• Experience on both the client-side and agency-side.
