Senior Director, Strategic Solutions & Advisory – Payment Fraud

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert on payment fraud, financial crime typologies, and regulatory trends to advise clients and internal teams.
• Partner with Sales to support commercial pursuits, uncover client needs, and communicate ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Build and expand regional relationships with key banking stakeholders across the LATAM landscape.
• Engage directly with risk and compliance leaders to provide tailored recommendations through pre- and post-sale processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to translate market insights into product enhancements.
• Represent the company through thought leadership at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking and payment fraud prevention.
• Strong understanding of domestic and regional payment rails.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence decisions in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working with financial institutions in the LATAM region.
• Background in thought leadership, innovation initiatives, or developing new financial crime use cases.
