Senior Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of highest-priority growth initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Drive geographic expansion, new market entry, channel expansion, and direct-to-consumer growth
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans with defined milestones and success metrics
• Build strong enterprise partnerships to align resources and priorities
• Identify and resolve execution risks and barriers to decision-making
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption
• Communicate initiative progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership
• Develop integrated project plans, governance processes, and performance metrics
• Build business cases and support investment decisions for strategic growth
• Stand up repeatable playbooks and standardized processes for scaling new markets and categories

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy execution, business operations, consulting, or program leadership
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
• Experience in market expansion, channel expansion, or enterprise growth
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled initiatives and driving technology adoption
• Experience influencing decisions across complex matrix organizations
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
