Senior Director, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Develop and manage the annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecasts
• Build integrated financial models that connect business strategy, operational drivers, and financial outcomes
• Establish consistent planning processes, governance, and reporting standards across the organization
• Provide financial insight and analysis to aid executive decision-making, capital allocation, and critical initiatives
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers
• Partner with business and operational leaders to evaluate investments, prioritize resources, and improve financial performance
• Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to advise strategic decisions
• Implement and optimize financial planning tools and reporting systems
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on analytics and strong business partnership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles
• Experience at a leading investment bank or management consulting firm, followed by work at a complex, scaled operating company
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling processes and teams
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
• Strategic, analytical problem solver with strong business judgment
