Senior Director, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Flag Business Lead, providing strategic insights to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reviews for the Property Management platform.
• Build complex operational and financial models to track performance drivers such as labor efficiency, occupancy, and margins.
• Champion the use of AI-enabled analytics, automation, and predictive tools to improve forecasting and decision speed.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and board materials to communicate business performance narratives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Asset Management, and Technology teams to align execution with financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of progressive strategic or operational finance experience, ideally at high-growth companies.
• Direct experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or multi-site operations.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial planning platforms.
• Proven experience using AI, automation, and analytics tools to drive business decision-making.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
