Senior Director - Strategic Capture Management - LOGCAP

Responsibilities

• Lead $100M+ single award capture efforts for DoW Civilian Augmentation Programs (CAP), the LOGCAP Program Office, and other key customer sets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies aligned with company goals and customer mission needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to gather intelligence.
• Manage capture budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve critical milestones.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to assess opportunities and refine win strategies.
• Develop Gate Reviews and Readiness Review presentations and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with business development, proposal operations, technical SMEs, estimating, and pricing teams to create competitive strategies.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in business development, capture management, or program management (or equivalent military experience).
• Proven track record of winning large Civilian Augmentation Programs (exceeding $1B at IDIQ level and $250M at task order level).
• In-depth knowledge of Army Sustainment Command, LOGCAP Program Office, and key CAP customer sets.
• Experience with OCONUS Base Operations and Support (BOS) contracts.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR, supply chain, procurement, and various service areas related to CAP and BOS.
• Bachelor's Degree.
