Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic digital media planning and execution for a diverse book of business consisting of multiple clients.
• Manage day-to-day planning, analysis, and execution of performance campaigns across Search, Social, Display, Native, and Programmatic channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors, clients, and partner agencies to ensure exceptional service.
• Provide strategic direction and partner with key business stakeholders to implement complex digital marketing approaches.
• Oversee budget management, strategic bidding, and P&L responsibilities for assigned clients.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to support business growth.
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client queries and escalations.
• Mentor junior team members by evaluating best practices and cascading digital market knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence management through clear, logical discussions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, including media concepts and budget requirements.
• Ability to think critically and present complex data results in an effective manner.
