Senior Director Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market execution across catastrophe modeling, data, and platform solutions for global insurance clients
• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFP responses, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept
• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive adoption of data and integration-led solutions
• Advise clients on integration strategies, including APIs, scripting, and orchestration across Moody’s and client environments
• Support solution design for data architecture, including Risk Data Lake, aligned with client cloud and data strategies
• Engage clients in AI/GenAI discussions, positioning how Moody’s data integrates into broader AI ecosystems
• Scope and size technical environments to ensure scalable, high-performing, and cost-effective implementations

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing technical role within a data or technology organization
• Strong expertise in data architecture, including data lakes, integrations, SQL, and database services
• Proven experience with API-driven workflows and integration strategies (REST APIs, scripting, orchestration)
• Proficiency in leveraging AI/GenAI technologies to support client use cases and solution positioning
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into scalable, technically sound architectures
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related technical field
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s) in a related technical discipline
