About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional GTM strategy in partnership with the SVP of Sales for the Americas
  • Act as executive technical sponsor for high-value strategic deals across NA and LATAM
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineering Managers
  • Own talent strategy, hiring plans, and resource allocation for the Americas region
  • Define and optimize regional pre-sales KPIs, discovery methodologies, and demo standards
  • Serve as a feedback loop between field teams, Product Management, and Engineering
  • Architect enterprise solutions to position Talkdesk as a premier AI platform

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience leading enterprise pre-sales or solution engineering in SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience managing frontline SE Managers
  • 10+ years of experience in CCaaS, Customer Service Software, or CX space
  • Proven track record of hitting regional ARR and net-new growth targets
  • Experience managing pre-sales operations across North America and Latin America
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to travel 25%–30% across the AMER region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of AI, Workforce Engagement Management (WEM), and Business Intelligence
  • Understanding of LATAM market dynamics
