Senior Director, Small Business Marketing

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the integrated marketing strategy across product, creative social, creators, lifecycle, earned media, and paid channels
• Translate product innovation, specifically AI-driven capabilities, into compelling narratives that drive adoption
• Partner with product and creative teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end story from feature to campaign
• Establish a modern marketing operating model built for speed, testing, and continuous iteration
• Scale creator and community-led storytelling as a core growth engine
• Drive innovation in go-to-market strategies by leveraging AI-native tools and workflows
• Own key growth metrics including awareness, engagement, conversion, and product usage

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across product marketing, brand, and growth in fast-moving environments
• Proven experience in a startup or "zero-to-one" environment where you have built new functions or products
• Deep understanding of social media, creator ecosystems, and content-driven growth
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and a strong point of view on how AI transforms marketing
• Strong creative instincts paired with rigorous performance discipline
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to new categories
