Senior Director - SLED/FED

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end staffing delivery for SLED/FED public-sector clients through MSPs and direct agency engagements
• Act as the primary offshore delivery owner ensuring achievement of performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with MSP program managers, onshore account leaders, and client stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and scale a delivery organization of 30–45 professionals including recruiters and team leads
• Establish structured training programs and KPI-driven performance management
• Partner with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and process optimization initiatives
• Leverage MSP platforms like Beeline, Fieldglass, and SAP Ariba alongside internal ATS tools
• Monitor key delivery metrics including fill rates, submittal-to-hire ratios, and recruiter productivity
• Oversee gross margin control and pay-to-bill alignment

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in U.S. staffing and recruitment
• 3–5 years focused on SLED/FED or public-sector clients
• Proven track record managing large offshore delivery teams of 30–45 headcount
• Strong experience working with MSPs and direct government agencies
• Solid understanding of U.S. public-sector procurement processes and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong analytical mindset with exposure to automation and AI-driven recruiting tools
