Senior Director, Security & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise security strategy, policies, and standards
• Lead audit readiness and certification programs including SOC 2 and PCI DSS
• Oversee security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Own corporate IT operations, including endpoint management and identity access
• Partner with Engineering and Product to integrate security into the SDLC
• Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing IT, Security, and Compliance team

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in security, compliance, IT, or risk management
• Proven experience leading and developing people in a hands-on capacity
• Demonstrated success as a player-coach in a scaling environment
• Experience owning compliance programs and audits (SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and external auditors
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated industries
• Experience managing corporate IT and MDM platforms
• Experience supporting high-growth startup or scale-up organizations
