About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day sales operations for the oncology sales organization
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to align commercial strategy
- Establish scalable processes to support new launches and portfolio expansion
- Design, model, and administer compliant incentive compensation plans
- Manage CRM platforms including Veeva or Salesforce workflows and reporting
- Develop targeting and segmentation strategies for oncology HCPs and HCOs
- Manage territory alignments, field fleet programs, and vendor relationships
- Support commercial data procurement and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years of Commercial/Sales Operations experience in Pharma/Biotech
- Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics and data sources
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Veeva/Salesforce) and IC modeling
- Proficiency in analyzing healthcare sales data and field force activities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in oncology sales operations
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth biotech environments
