Senior Director, Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ Account Executives and Account Managers targeting F1000 customers
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
• Build a diverse, equitable, and high-performing sales team
• Drive cross-functional alignment with partner teams including Banking Partnerships and Sales Operations

Requirements

• 15+ years of Enterprise Technology experience in sales and account management within a payments organization
• 5+ years of experience managing teams with a track record of developing high-performing AEs and AMs
• Experience selling complex, multi-product technology platform solutions to Enterprise customers
• Industry expertise in Payments, Retail, Fintech, and Banking
• Proven track record of delivering YoY new logo bookings and revenue expansion
