About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a multi-year global enablement strategy aligned to company priorities, including oversight of multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Lead an organization of 50+ geographically dispersed professionals across program management, L&D, events, and coaching.
  • Design and execute global onboarding programs and large-scale enablement events such as Sales Kick-Offs (SKO) and bootcamps.
  • Translate market narratives into field-ready assets, including sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, and role-based learning paths.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging enablement technologies, including AI-powered coaching and content generation.
  • Build executive alignment with CRO and Sales leadership to shape business priorities and funding for field readiness.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in GTM enablement, sales strategy, or revenue operations within a B2B enterprise software company.
  • 7+ years in a Director-level or above people leadership role, managing large (30+) cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales motions, including subscription, enterprise agreements, and land-and-expand models.
  • Proven track record of scaling global enablement programs that measurably improve quota attainment and reduce ramp time.
  • Proficiency with modern sales enablement platforms, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enablement through major business model transformations (e.g., perpetual to subscription).
  • Background spanning both direct and channel sales motions in complex, multi-product environments.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
