About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the B2B Revenue Operations roadmap in alignment with growth objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to B2B leadership on forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics
- Establish scalable processes to improve conversion, velocity, and revenue predictability
- Lead the redesign of Salesforce to support complex B2B sales motions
- Architect and optimize the revenue tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Gong
- Maintain data quality and build evolving reporting frameworks
- Define and manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle and routing logic
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business outcomes
- Salesforce administrator certification or equivalent hands-on configuration experience
- Experience with integration/middleware platforms like Workato, Tray, or MuleSoft
- Experience with territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation plan operationalization
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
