Senior Director, Retail Sales

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic sales planning and execution to surpass retail store performance and profitability targets
• Orchestrate national sales efforts to ensure alignment with corporate sales objectives
• Lead the development of sales tactics for a diverse product and service portfolio
• Train Territory Managers on new product launches and corporate marketing strategies
• Forge and cultivate partnerships with national retail chains to optimize sales processes
• Synchronize efforts with local market leaders to maintain coherence with broader market goals
• Assess team and individual performance metrics and institute development plans
• Manage customer retention and drive results through the Net Promoter System

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales leadership
• Expertise in strategic sales planning and execution
• Proven experience managing national sales efforts
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
