About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Workplace Experience strategy and day-to-day operations across the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Drive consistency and standardization across international offices while respecting local market needs.
- Manage regional operating (opex) budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Support capital (capex) budgets and partner with global teams on capital projects and office fit-outs.
- Oversee vendor relationships to drive performance, cost efficiency, and service quality.
- Support regional real estate initiatives, portfolio optimization, and office transitions.
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent workplace experience that adapts global standards to local cultural needs.
- Lead regional initiatives to improve operating models, governance, and service delivery.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, or real estate.
- Proven experience managing operations across multiple countries and diverse cultures (EMEA and/or APAC preferred).
- Strong financial management expertise, specifically regarding opex ownership and capex support.
- Experience supporting large-scale capital projects and workplace initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
