Senior Director, Regional Controller

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end controllership across the Eucalyptus group and international entities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes aligned to Hims & Hers reporting calendars
• Manage group reporting into Hims & Hers, including US GAAP requirements and consolidation
• Oversee local statutory reporting (AASB/IFRS) and manage Big 4 audit relationships
• Design, document, and operationalize SOX control environments
• Lead accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, intercompany, and payroll accounting
• Manage regional treasury, cash management, and operational FX exposures
• Own the finance systems landscape, specifically NetSuite configuration and data quality
• Mentor and develop a high-performing international accounting team

Requirements

• CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent such as ACA, ACCA, or US CPA)
• Big 4 audit background, ideally through Senior Manager level
• 15+ years of experience in audit, financial control, and accounting leadership
• Deep hands-on controllership experience within a multinational group
• Experience in a listed multinational environment (ASX, LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.)
• Strong understanding of IFRS / AASB and multinational consolidation
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting SOX or equivalent frameworks
• Proven ability to lead finance teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong technical accounting capability and complex judgment skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct hands-on US GAAP experience
• Experience as a Controller or Head of Controllership for a US-listed subsidiary
• Experience integrating acquired businesses into a listed parent's reporting framework
• Exposure to consumer healthcare, telehealth, e-commerce, or subscription models
• Experience with finance transformation or post-acquisition ERP migrations
